Rendity is a portfolio analytics tool. It shows you your own brokerage data in a clearer way. Rendity does not provide investment advice, is not a financial institution, and does not offer tax services. By creating an account or using Rendity you agree to these terms.
Rendity (the "Service") is operated by Anevir LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Anevir LLC for your use of the Service, including rendity.app and any related pages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You may use the Service only with brokerage accounts that you own or are authorized to access. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it to these Terms.
Rendity retrieves your transaction and position data from your brokerage account (currently Interactive Brokers, via the IBKR Flex Web Service), and computes valuations, returns, income, benchmark comparisons and tax-oriented reports from it. We may add, change or remove features at any time. Rendity may currently be offered as a open beta, and beta features may be incomplete, change without notice or be withdrawn.
You can sign in with an email address and password or, where we offer it, with a third-party identity provider such as Google ("social login"). You agree that:
Social login providers are independent third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, security or decisions (for example if they suspend your account there). We receive from them only the basic profile information needed to identify your account, such as your email address.
To import your data you give Rendity a read-only IBKR Flex Web Service token and Flex Query ID. You authorize us to use them on your behalf to fetch your account statements, and nothing else. Rendity cannot place trades or move money. You are responsible for creating the token properly, keeping it current and revoking it at Interactive Brokers if you no longer want us to have access. We store the token encrypted, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Rendity is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Interactive Brokers or any other brokerage. All brand names belong to their owners.
Rendity retrieves your brokerage data and presents it in a different way, on a best-effort basis. The figures depend on data we do not control, including your brokerage statements, market prices (for example from Yahoo Finance) and exchange rates (for example from the European Central Bank). That data can be late, incomplete, wrong or unavailable, and our own calculations can contain errors despite our efforts. We try to flag anomalies in the Service, but we do not guarantee that we retrieve all of your data, that any figure is accurate, complete or current, or that it matches what your brokerage shows. Differences can arise, for example, from different valuation, date, currency-conversion or cost-basis methods, and from corporate actions or corrections made later by the brokerage. Your brokerage statement is always the authoritative record. Check anything important against it.
Rendity is not a real-time service. The most recent brokerage statement we can access covers the previous day at the earliest. Trades, cash movements and other changes in your account therefore never appear in Rendity on the day they happen. They appear only once your brokerage has made the statement for that day available and Rendity has retrieved it, which can take longer than one day.
No investment advice. Rendity is an informational tool. Nothing in the Service, including valuations, returns, benchmark comparisons and tax reports, is investment, financial, accounting, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation, rating, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security or follow any strategy. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal, and past performance does not predict future results.
Not a financial institution. Rendity is not a bank, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, payment institution or other financial institution. It does not hold, custody or move your money or securities, execute trades or open accounts. Your assets stay with your brokerage.
No tax services. Rendity is not a tax adviser and does not prepare, file or advise on tax returns. Tax reports are working aids and may not follow the rules that apply to you.
You alone are responsible for your investment and tax decisions. Consult a qualified professional before relying on any output.

Rendity is currently free while in open beta. We may introduce paid plans. If we do, the following applies to them, and we will show you the price, billing interval and plan features before you pay:
You keep all rights to the data you bring to Rendity. You give us a limited license to host, process and display it solely to run the Service for you. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can reset your imported data or delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not sell your data.
The Service, including its software, design, text, logos and the Rendity name, belongs to Anevir LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal use under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
We aim to keep Rendity running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable because of maintenance, failures of third parties (including your brokerage) or events beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anevir LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment or trading gains, arising from or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, including for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights. In those cases our liability is limited to the extent the law permits, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live.
You will defend and indemnify Anevir LLC against third-party claims, and resulting losses and reasonable costs, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your use of a brokerage account or credentials you were not authorized to use. This clause does not apply where mandatory consumer law forbids it.
You can stop using Rendity and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practicable, if you breach these Terms, if we must do so by law, if continued access creates a security risk, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and, for prepaid paid plans, refund the unused portion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 7, 11, 13–15 and 17) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you and we consent to their personal jurisdiction. If you use the Service as a consumer in the European Union, this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence or your right to bring proceedings in its courts.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then. The current version is always available at this URL.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale of the Service. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms are written in English, and the English version is the only legally binding one. A German translation is provided as a courtesy for convenience only; if the two differ, the English version controls.
